NGHIÊN CỨU MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ NGUY CƠ, TIÊN LƯỢNG CỦA BỆNH LUPUS BAN ĐỎ HỆ THỐNG TẠI BỆNH VIỆN ĐA KHOA XANH PÔN

TÓM TẮT
Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá một số yếu tố nguy cơ, tiên lượng của bệnh trên 72 bệnh nhân lupus ban đỏ hệ thống (systemic lupus erythematosus - SLE) khám, điều trị ngoại trú tại khoa Khám bệnh, Bệnh viện Đa khoa Xanh Pôn, từ tháng 04/2021 đến tháng 10/2021. Kết quả cho thấy: Bệnh nhân SLE gặp ở mọi lứa tuổi, nhóm gặp tỷ lệ cao nhất từ 20-39, bệnh gặp chủ yếu ở nữ giới (93,06%). Số năm mắc bệnh của bệnh nhân SLE chiếm tỷ cao nhất ở nhóm dưới 5 năm (48,61%)Đa số bệnh nhân SLE có chỉ số SLEDAI hoạt động cao với tỷ lệ 81,94%. Điểm trung bình SLEDAI là 12,92±2,79. Sự khác biệt giữa triệu chứng tức ngực với chỉ số SLEDAI có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05. Chỉ số Cholesterol có mối tương quan thuận với điểm SLEDAI, với r=0,25, p < 0,05. Chưa tìm thấy mối tương quan giữa các chỉ số sinh hóa máu như creatinin, glucose, triglyced, GOT, GPT, GGT với tình trạng hoạt động SLEDAI.

STUDY ON SOME RISK FACTORS AND PROGNOSIS OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS AT SAINT PAUL GENERAL HOSPITAL
SUMMARY: The study aimed to evaluate some risk factors and prognosis of the disease in 72 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) examined and treated as outpatients at the Outpatients Department, Saint Paul General Hospital, from April to October, 2021. The results showed that: SLE patients are found at all ages, the group with the highest rate is from 20-39, the disease occurs mainly in women (93.06%). The number of years of disease in SLE patients is highest in the group under 5 years (48.61%). The majority of SLE patients have a high SLEDAI activity index with a rate of 81.94%. The average SLEDAI score is 12.92±2.79. The difference between chest tightness symptoms and SLEDAI index is statistically significant with p < 0.05. Cholesterol index has a positive correlation with SLEDAI score, with r = 0.25, p < 0.05. No correlation has been found between blood biochemical indices such as creatinine, glucose, triglyced, GOT, GPT, GGT and SLEDAI activity status.
