TÓM TẮT: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 512 người bệnh ngoại trú đái tháo đường týp 2 tại khoa khám bệnh, bệnh viện Thanh Nhàn, nhằm mô tả mối liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh đái tháo đường týp 2. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ câu hỏi chất lượng cuộc sống người bệnh đái tháo đường Châu Á (Asian Diabtes Quality of Life – AsianDQOL) đã được dịch sang tiếng Việt, thử nghiệm độ tin cậy với chỉ số Cronbach's Alpha = 0,86. Kết quả cho thấy, các yếu tố liên quan đến điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh gồm: người bệnh ly dị/góa có điểm cao hơn các nhóm còn lại, nhóm hưu trí có điểm thấp hơn các nhóm còn lại, nam giới có điểm cao hơn nữ giới, người bệnh phát hiện bệnh càng lâu thì điểm càng thấp, người bệnh có thể trạng trung bình có điểm thấp hơn, sự khác biệt này có ý nghĩa thống kê.

Association towards quality of life of type 2 diabetes mellitus outpatients at Thanh Nhan Hospital, Ha Noi, Viet Nam, 2017

Abtracts: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 512 outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Thanh Nhan Hospital, Ha Noi, Viet Nam to describe the quality of life in type 2 diabetic patients. The study used the Asian Diabetes Quality of Life (AsianDQOL) questionnaire was translated into Vietnamese, tested reliability with Cronbach's Alpha = 0.86. Results showed that the factors related to the quality of life of patients include: divorced/widowed patients scored higher than other groups, the retired group had lower scores than other groups, male reached higher scores than female, patinets with longer detection timescored lower than others, subjects with the average body status found lower score than the rest. This difference was statistically significant.
